Aqua Backflow to Provide Backflow Solutions for the Village of Lombard, Illinois

ELGIN, Ill., April 17, 2007 — Aqua Backflow, Inc. announced today that it is proud and excited to welcome the Village of Lombard, Illinois, as a new client.

Lombard is a west suburban Chicago community with a population of 44,000, and a mix of residential and non-residential/commercial water customers.

Tom Staroske, General Manager of Aqua Backflow, states that he is extremely pleased that Lombard has placed its faith and trust in Aqua Backflow to protect its precious water supply from contamination.

Aqua Backflow's implementation and management of the Cross Connection Control Program for the Village of Lombard will meet and/or exceed the State of Illinois Plumbing Code, as well as the Illinois EPA mandated requirements.
